Step 1: Identify Fans in Current Deal Accounts Using FanGPT

Utilize FanGPT to search for fans within the accounts you are currently working on. FanGPT allows you to ask specific questions to find relevant fans, such as:

Example Query:

"Is there a fan in [Account Name]?"

Compile a list of fans in the target accounts, including their engagement history and fan score ratings.

Step 2: Identify Highest Star Fans and Their Internal Connections

From the list of fans provided by FanGPT, identify the highest star-rated fans. Review their engagement history to determine which team members have had meetings with these fans.

Steps:

  • Filter the fan list by star rating.
  • Examine meeting logs and interactions to identify team members with the closest connections to these fans.

Alternatively, you can also ask FanGPT to do this by asking the question following question

"Is there a fan in [Account Name] who has had atleast 3 meetings? "

Focus on fans with the highest star ratings and the strongest existing relationships

Step 3: Engage Team Members with Closest Contact

Reach out to the team member who has spent the most calendar time with the identified high-star fan. Request them to share an update about the active deal with the fan.

  • Identify the team member with the most interactions based on calendar data.
  • Send a personalized message to this team member, requesting them to engage the fan regarding the active deal.
